About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with a wide range of financing and restructuring matters
* Support senior practitioners on corporate and property finance transactions
* Draft and prepare legal documents
* Conduct research and contribute to complex commercial files
* Attend client meetings and gain early exposure to advisory work
* Work collaboratively with teams across commercial, property, litigation, and tax

* Graduate or early-career lawyer with a passion for finance and restructuring law
* Strong research and analytical skills
