Due to recent growth within the People & Culture team, an opportunity has been made available for an experienced HR professional to step into a Business Partner role within the business providing advice and support to our Northern Hutcheon & Pearce / Land HQ Branches.

About the role:
As the People & Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational P&C; advice and support to the Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and employees within our Northern Hutcheon & Pearce Branches (Including Gunnedah, Narrabri, Quirindi, Tamworth, and Wee Waa) and Land HQ Branches (Including Penrith, Bowral, Queanbeyan, and South Nowra).
Reporting to the People Services Manager, the role requires a strong understanding of P&C; principles, policies, and practices, an ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation, as well as a willingness to travel to the above-mentioned Branches (as required).

About you:
Additional preferred skills and knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve workplace relations issues.
Experience coaching and mentoring managers on effective leadership practices.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and regulations.
