The Role:
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
* Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and storage
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
About You:
* Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and commitment to cleanliness and safety
* Must have Australian work rights
* Must be 18 years of age or older
