Overview:
As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for processing work within a contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes ensuring all work is completed accurately without errors and identifying areas that impact your ability to meet accuracy and SLA commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all assigned work within the contracted SLA
* Ensure all work is completed accurately without errors (either processing or peer review)
* Identify areas which impact your ability to meet accuracy and SLA commitments
* Provide support to team members to ensure we achieve our targeted SLA performance as a team
* Advocate opportunities for continuous improvement by working with stream leads and operations specialists to identify risks and defects relating to existing solutions to optimise operational efficiency and service excellence
* Ensure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your stream lead or leader, including supporting any root cause and active participation in the rectification process
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the advisor space. Based in Melbourne or Sydney.
