Full-Time Recruitment Admin Assistant – Cannon Hill
Our client is looking for a Full-Time Recruitment Admin Assistant with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our growing team located in Cannon Hill.
In this critical client-facing role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your customer relationship skills, and support candidates and businesses by assisting in the recruitment process. You’ll receive personal mentorship from our lead recruitment consultant and structured career progression in a modern, boutique recruitment agency. Engage in meaningful work as part of a supportive, caring team culture in a newly renovated office with cutting-edge technology.
Duties include:
* Creating Job Advertisements
* Source and screen candidates through various channels
* Book interviews on site
* Work collaboratively with a diverse, goal-orientated team who are at the forefront of the QLD recruitment scene
* Conduct pre-employment checks – fitness assessments, police checks and Right to Work
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Monitoring the recruitment inbox
* Entering Data
* Liaise with senior Recruitment Consultants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
