Senior Sales Director Opportunity
A leading global technology company is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Director to drive growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This strategic role involves expanding IP and Optical networking business, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IP and Optical solutions
* Manage the sales lifecycle across key ANZ-based telecommunications accounts
* Lead proposal and bid responses, negotiate deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Build and maintain strategic client relationships to support long-term growth
* Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using Salesforce
Requirements
* 10+ years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications, carrier networks, or IP/optical infrastructure
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments
* Strong experience selling into service providers or telcos in Australia and/or New Zealand
* Deep understanding of IP/MPLS, Optical Transport (DWDM), and modern network architectures
* Ability to manage complex sales independently and work remotely with autonomy
