Description:

This role can be entry-level or for an experienced production operator. We have a team with mixed skill sets - but lots of knowledge to share.

A Brewery Technician (production operator) operates and coordinates packaging activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is responsible for the delivery of packaged products (keg, bottle, and can) from BBT to warehouse while liaising with all relevant stakeholders.

You'll be coming into a busy and fast-paced work environment and join to help support growing alcoholic beverage production.

You'll be learning from great individuals who have been with our business for years.

This role requires someone who is passionate about quality, has attention to detail, and has a strong work ethic.

Skills and Experiences:

To be successful, you should possess the following skills and behaviours:

* Strong work ethic, reliability and honesty
* Great teamwork
* Safety conscious
* Fastidious hygiene: in brewing, cleanliness is next to godliness
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions
* Ability to follow through on commitments
* Prepared to work rotating shifts and weekends
* Physically active - job may require moving heavy loads, bending and stretching
* Handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment, loud noise, and heat and cold
The following skills and attributes will put you ahead of the pack.

These are desired but not essential for the role:
* High-risk forklift license
* First-aid certificate
* Previous experience in packaging or FMCG manufacturing
* Knowledge of beer quality
* Relevant Qualifications: Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Warehousing
