We’re hiring: Operations Manager – Telematics & Fleet Innovation
Location: Kingsgrove, Sydney, Australia | Type: Full-time | Comp: Base + Commission
GoLive Monitoring is a fast-growing tech company transforming how fleets are tracked, monitored, and optimised using AI and telematics. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to help us scale smarter and faster.

What you’ll do:
Design and refine internal processes across installation, support, and service delivery
Build scalable systems to support national growth
Create clear documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows
Manage relationships with key corporate clients
Identify upsell opportunities and earn commission on new business

What you’ll bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management
Experience in telematics, fleet tech, or IoT industry highly preferred
Strong process design and workflow optimisation skills
Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
Bonus: exposure to account management or client success
