The Opportunity
Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offers some of the best dining experiences in the region. The Galley Kitchen – our bright and breezy, all-day diner; Moby's Bar – our sophisticated bar featuring a selection of whiskies, cocktails, wines; and The Poolside Bar with refreshing drinks and light nibbles.
Duties
We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Poolside Attendants to join our inclusive team and assist in providing the most memorable experiences to our guests. Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
* Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
* Break down and cleaning of restaurant
* Prepare and serve barista standard coffee
* Provide full fine dining table service
* Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktail and presentation of wine
* Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
* Follow RSA government legislation requirements
* Maintain cleanliness front of house areas
* Set up and break down of Function and Events on site
About You
You are polished, personable and naturally attentive to detail. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional guest journey. Previous restaurant/cafe experience is desirable, but more importantly, you bring the right attitude and attention to detail.
This role operates across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Certifications Required
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
