WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Our team starts each day solving problems in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and client support. They use their troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues for our public sector clients. Acting as the first point of escalation from frontline support, they quickly address technical challenges and offer clear guidance. Alongside this, they handle system maintenance tasks like updates and patches, while keeping detailed records of their fixes to build our knowledge base. For more complex incidents, they step in with their expertise to resolve them efficiently. Throughout, they stay in direct contact with clients, providing clear updates and support to build trust and keep things running smoothly.
YOU NEED TO HAVE...
* Proficiency in M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
* Demonstrate network support skills (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs)
* Excel in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
* Be Able to provide responsive and customer-oriented IT support
* The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and exhibit strong time management
IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
* Experience working within an MSP
* ITIL Certification
