In this role, you'll gain industry exposure, develop an understanding of valuation compliance, and build practical experience for opportunities in property, finance, or regulatory pathways.

What You Will Be Doing
Reviewing property valuation reports for compliance
Checking reports against industry standards and lender-specific requirements
Determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections
Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environment
Job Qualifications

A sharp eye for detail – you don't miss the small things, and accuracy is second nature
Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks – pride in completing work consistently and to a high standard
The ability to focus independently – productive without needing frequent interaction or oversight
A process-driven mindset – enjoy following clear guidelines within a defined framework
No formal qualifications are required, but this role is well-suited to:
Students currently studying property valuation, as it can count toward 3 months of required 12-month industry experience
Individuals seeking to enter property, compliance, or financial services through a focused, non-client-facing position
