About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Drafter/Modeller to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP drafting and modelling, with a deep understanding of industry standards and requirements.
As a Senior MEP Drafter/Modeller, you will be responsible for:
* Perform MEP drafting and modelling tasks using Revit MEP.
* Ensure compliance with AS3000 in reference to O&M requirements.
* Conduct clash detection, coordination, and resolution.
* Set up and manage ACC models.
* Utilize Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Revizto and ProjectWise.
* Adhere to ISO 19650 Information Technology Requirements.
* Work on projects related to linear infrastructure, buildings, and roadways.
* Mentor junior BIM staff.
* Lead project drafting efforts.
Required Experience:
* At least 10 years of experience as a MEP Drafter/Modeller.
* Deep understanding of AS3000 in reference to O&M requirements.
* Strong clash detection, coordination, and resolution skills.
* Minimum 10 years of Revit MEP modelling experience.
* Essential experience in ACC model set-up.
* Conversant with CDE (e.g., Revizto, ProjectWise).
* Deep understanding of ISO 19650 Information Technology Requirements.
* Experience in linear infrastructure, buildings, and roadways preferred but not essential.
* Dynamo scripting skills preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with TfNSW, TMR, PTV, and DTI Digital Engineering Guidelines and Requirements.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written), including negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to establish effective working relationships at various levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize demands, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* Engineering degree/associate engineering or equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
* Experience in the delivery of Construction Phase Services work or site verification activities.
