Through culturally appropriate services across aged care, education, culture and community engagement, CO.AS.IT plays a vital role in enhancing quality of life, preserving Italian heritage and supporting community wellbeing.
An exceptional opportunity now exists for a values driven and highly capable Chief Executive Officer to lead CO.AS.IT through its next phase of evolution.
Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex, multi service environment. The role has particular focus on navigating significant aged care reforms, strengthening service sustainability and continuing to grow CO.AS.IT's home care and community service footprint.
The CEO is the organisation's primary public representative and will build and maintain strong relationships with state and federal governments, the Italian Government and diplomatic representatives, major community institutions and key sector partners.
The successful candidate will bring:
* Proven CEO or senior executive leadership experience in a complex organisation
* Deep understanding of the Australian aged care system and reform environment
* Strong financial, governance and commercial capability
* Highly developed stakeholder management and government relations skills
* Demonstrated alignment with community values and purpose led leadership
* A strong connection to Italian culture, with Italian language capability preferred
