Rampage is seeking a results-orientated Assistant Site Manager for our Truck Stop in Port Augusta SA

We are looking for someone who wants to join our fantastic team and bring their positive can-do attitude.

The successful applicant will be focused on achieving and exceeding store sales targets, primarily through Key Performance Indicators.

It takes a flair for team leadership, customer service and a passion for food to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators

- Provide an excellent experience to all our customers with great customer service

- Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example

- Lead, follow & train staff in company procedures to ensure operational success

- Ensure the business complies with all OHS requirements

- Complete weekly reporting & audits for OHS requirements

- Complete monthly stock control reporting with stocktakes

- Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store, including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting

- Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service, other employees & stock issues

- Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve store budgets through planning, efficient rostering and other cost control methods.

The successful applicant will:

- Willing to lead by example and grow our team through a positive approach

- Be willing to undertake a 'hands-on' customer service work within our restaurant

- Assist in recruitment and training of new employees, in line with company standards

- Possess at least 2 years' experience in food or retail store leadership role

- Must have intermediate computer skills with such programs as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Willing to undergo computer skills testing if required

- Must have strong written and verbal communications across multiple layers of the organisation

The selection process will include:

Multiple Interviews (Zoom & face to face), National Police Check, medical checks and reference checking.

This position is in a high volume retail work environment. Only experienced people that fit the criteria need apply.
