About the role

In this 6 month contract role, you will own and deliver the training strategy for the ERP implementation. Design tailored training, conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching, provide go-live floor support, and embed user adoption strategies to ensure tenants and staff embrace the system with confidence.

Why this role matters

As we prepare for the implementation of our recent ERP platform, we need someone to ensure staff and tenants feel confident and supported. You’ll lead training efforts and provide hands-on support during and after launch.

Your impact

- Create compelling training : Develop and customise training materials for diverse audiences, making the new ERP easy to learn.
- Deliver dynamic sessions : Conduct group workshops and one-on-one sessions starting two months before go-live, continuing through post-implementation.
- Support users : Provide on-the-floor support during the transition, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Refine and improve : Collect feedback and continuously enhance training materials and delivery methods.

- Design playcards and use-case scenarios for hands-on learning
- Run workshops, group classes, and one-on-one coaching
- Deliver training starting two months pre–go-live through post-launch
- Resolve user issues and answer system queries live
- Gather feedback from sessions and refine material
- Drive user adoption with tailored support strategies
- Maintain training documentation and guides
- Champion empathy, patience, and adaptability in learning
