About the Role As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring supply chain performance, identifying risks, supporting delivery outcomes and providing meaningful insights to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, suppliers, logistics providers and installation teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Analyse daily operational issues across the supply chain, track resolutions and identify recurring problems Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend practical process improvements Review end-to-end supply chain data, workflows and operational performance Monitor procurement schedules, inventory levels, transport activity and distribution metrics Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities across supply chain operations Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, logistics providers and installation teams Support timely delivery of materials and equipment Develop strategies to minimise risks, delays and supply chain disruptions Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to management Support the resolution of delivery, billing and urgent logistics issues Respond to service and logistics enquiries from internal stakeholders Maintain accurate supply chain records, procurement schedules, inventory data and shipment tracking systems About You To be successful in this role, you will bring strong analytical ability, clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or at least five years of relevant experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, reporting and systems Previous experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations role Solar industry experience will be highly regarded Why This Role?
