The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Product and Technology within the Platforms and Projects v Business team.
The candidate will define the "what" and "why" behind internal product and process initiatives (Product Management) and manage the "how" and "when" of delivery (Project Management and Business Change Management).
The objective is to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability, with a focus on workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI.
The successful candidate can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders across Sales, Client Delivery, Client Product, Technology and Finance to translate vision into a clear scope and prioritised roadmap.End-to-End Project Delivery: manage the lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects from ideation through development, UAT, implementation, and post-launch analysis.Process Innovation: analyse workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, focusing on workflow management systems, RPA, and AI solutions.Stakeholder Alignment: act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical terms and vice versa.Transparent Communication: develop and maintain clear project plans and status dashboards, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and decisions.Requirements Definition: elicit, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Risk & Dependency Management: identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.Business Change Management: lead change activities, including impact analysis, communications, and training to maximise adoption and value.Who are you?
You are a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting with a track record of delivering real business value in addition to managing projects.Essential Skills & ExperienceHybrid experience combining Business-side Product Management and Project Management.Strong background in the digital advertising industry (e.g., media agency, publisher, AdTech) or related field.Experience with structured business change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
