About The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will provide support to stores located in Southern Adelaide, SA. - Marion, Glenelg, Brighton, Hallett Cove, Morphett Vale, Seaford Meadows, Aldinga Beach, Melrose Park, Blackwood, Abberfoyle Park, Noarlungar and Darlington.

Key Responsibilities:
- Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
- Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.
- Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities.
About You:
- Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results.
- Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
- High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
