Position: Learning and Development Coordinator



Location:

All NCN Health Campuses as required


EFT/Hours:

0.8 EFT (64 Hours Per Fortnight)


Status:

Permanent Part Time


Salary/Hourly rate:

$37.6763 - $41.6526 per hour plus 12% superannuation


About The Role

NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about enhancing learning outcomes, supporting career pathways, and developing future employment opportunities at NCN. Join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. You will be part of the People and Culture team, providing essential training and assessment activities for non-clinical staff, supporting career pathways, and areas of potential future training and employment.

The role involves administering the Learning Management System (Kineo), supporting the development of the annual mandatory training policy, uploading approved modules, and managing staff training allocations based on roles. You will coordinate updates of individual training records for practical and external training undertaken across NCN Health.

Additionally, you will support the coordination of New Staff Orientation days, Career events, and collaborate with the Education team to support programs like the non-Clinical Work Experience, Gap Year Programs, and Traineeships.


About You

* Vaccination against Seasonal Influenza (recommended)
* Vaccination against Covid-19 (highly recommended)
* A current Driver's Licence
* TAE40116 (or equivalent) Certificate IV Training and Assessment or working towards it
* Experience in developing, delivering, or coordinating training package delivery
* Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems or similar is desirable
