Head of Customer Success - Construction Tech

Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Success to join their team and drive their 2024 growth initiatives. The company offers a state-of-the-art project management platform that enables teams to predict and plan for both anticipated and unforeseen events, ensuring overall project efficiency.

As the Head of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of the company's clients. You will be responsible for leading the customer success team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth. This position requires a highly collaborative and customer-centric leader with a proven track record in customer success and client management.

Package: $150,000 - $180,000 + Super + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the customer success team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
3. Customer Onboarding: Oversee and help optimise the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are maximising the value of the platform.
5. Retention and Growth: Drive customer retention and growth by developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to address client needs effectively.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
8. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of customer success initiatives and report on progress to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. 5-7 years of experience in a customer success or client management role, preferably within the software or construction technology industry.
2. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing customer success teams.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
5. Experience in driving customer retention and growth.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
7. Background in ERP/Con-tech or related fields is highly desirable.
