UNIQLO opened the first store, in Emporium, Melbourne, in April ****, and as of today has expanded to 40 stores across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, and Australian Capital Territory.The RoleThe Store Associate role (Seasonal Full-time) is the customer service specialist of the store.
They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products and operating as a brand ambassador at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting all customers in a friendly mannerHelping customers with any of their needsMaintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanlinessProviding exceptional service at the fitting rooms and tillsProcessing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house area'sReplenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floorEssential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferredThe desire to achieve the best in whatever you doAbility to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customersExceptional organisational and time management skillsCan follow detailed instructions and processes quicklyThis role will require you to work 38 hours per week across a variety of shifts including late night, weekends and public holidays.Note: Candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours are eligible for this vacancy.Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
