Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level IT support via phone, ticketing systems, and face-to-face interactionsSupport the daily operation and maintenance of the 3CX phone systemProvide technical support for Operational Technology (OT) devices and IT infrastructure within the processing plantAssist with business-critical applications including carton labelling, inventory, and cold store systems (e.g. Triton, Foodchain)Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printersMaintain clear and accurate technical documentation and proceduresPerform additional IT support tasks and project work as required
Skills And Experience
Solid experience supporting Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7, 10, 11)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)Understanding of Windows Server environmentsExperience with Microsoft Active Directory and remote desktop servicesKnowledge of network and communication protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users across all levelsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationshipsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is advantageousOrganised, self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
