Currently seeking Casual Shift Operators for a 24/7 manufacturing plant in Dardanup, south of Bunbury. Join a leading Australian supplier of premium decorative surfaces with over 80 years in the industry. Roles are on a rotating 2-day, 2-night, 4-off shift schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining product supply to production lines, with opportunities to upskill as a multi-skilled process operator.
About your new role:
* Safe operation of forklifts with ugly loads
* Operate forklift to move product between storage and plant
* Work within a team environment
* Identify maintenance issues with plant/equipment
* Willing to upskill across different plant/equipment through buddy system training.
About You:
* Previous experience in industrial environment desirable but not required.
* C Class drivers licence
* Current High-Risk license (Forklift)
* Experience with ugly loads highly regarded
* Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team;
* Ability to work on a shift roster;
* Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
