Accounts Administration Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of accounts administration, including data entry, bank account reconciliations, and processing payments. In addition to administrative tasks, the role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
* General accounts administration tasks including bank account reconciliations, data entry, and processing payments.
* Managing workflow inquiries and escalations.
* Reporting and liaising with internal staff members.


Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar accounts or finance role (6 – 12 months).
* Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proven organizational and time management skills.
* An organized and proactive approach with the ability to confidently multi-task.
* A friendly and cheerful demeanor.
* A willingness to learn and develop.
