Job Description
Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and implement effective financial controls.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency initiatives.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Finance Manager who meets the following qualifications and experiences.
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management within the Business Services industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
