Hired Labour is seeking a Dock Hand/Forklift Operator to join the Blenners Transport team at the Tully depot. This role involves the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of palletised freight, supporting Blenners’ refrigerated transport operations.
Position Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a forklift.
* Experience in refrigeration preferred but not essential.
* A current LF Forklift – licence.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be flexible on varying start and finish times of roster.
* Expectation to work a rotating weekend shift every second week.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate and maintain forklifts, including daily checks and secure storage.
* Load, unload, and store freight efficiently, following HACCP, AQIS, and import standards.
* Perform temperature checks and record data for all consignments before acceptance.
* Complete accurate documentation and assist with stock takes and cycle counts.
* Keep the depot clean, safe, and organized at all times.
