You'll be stepping into a mid-sized portfolio, with offshore VAs, two on-road staff, and a junior PM backing you up every day. Oh, and did we mention? There's no leasing, no ingoings, and no routine inspections – that's all handled for you.

The Position:
In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Manage and nurture your portfolio with full support
Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and ensure compliance
Handle lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals
Attend tribunal hearings as needed
Work closely with a proactive and passionate leadership team
The Person:
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
Previous Property Management experience- 2+ years
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
First-class communication and customer service
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
Good personal presentation
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
A good teamwork ethic
The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
