We have an exciting opportunity for a junior Supply Chain/Sales professional to come and grow with us joining our Customer Supply Chain Team. Play a vital role as the interface between Mondelēz and Woolworths to ensure safe, efficient and on time replenishment. With further accountability to drive the supply chain management of the Big W business. This role will focus on customer collaboration and is accountable for delivering enhanced service by driving the implementation of Customer Supply Chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with our customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

* Execute orders against the sales/demand plan to maximize the service level of products to Woolworths DCs, within strict supply chain efficiency constraints to minimize total cost to serve.
* Create a 12-week aligned Operational Plan into the Big W & Woolworths network to identify and drive process improvements to ensure service and productivity key performance indicator targets deliver profitable service.
* Manage daily customer communications to Woolworths and Big W fostering effective collaboration by driving proactive issue resolution.
* Provide daily and weekly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOD (Delivered In Full and On Time), OBSL (Outbound Service Level), and inventory levels. Drive root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure demand plans for Woolworths and Big W are reconciled and aligned through the Collaboration process by providing order visibility and ensuring order plans reflect all aspects of expected inventory and enabling decision making from internal and external stakeholders.

What you will bring

* Supply chain experience and/or Sales experience
* Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
* Strong communication skills
* Time management, prioritization, and planning
* Able to influence cross-functional teams

More about this role

What extra ingredients you will bring:

* 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sales
* Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry will be well regarded
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Exposure to SAP is an advantage

Education / Certifications:

* A business or supply chain degree is an advantage

Work schedule:

* Full time role based between our Sales office in Baulkham Hills and Customer Head Office

No Relocation support available
