As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers, navigating multiple systems and maintaining engagement on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
* Answer incoming calls and confidently handle technology faults, complaints, and trouble-shooting issues
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm with shifts of 7.6 hours.
