Offer description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers, navigating multiple systems and maintaining engagement on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
* Answer incoming calls and confidently handle technology faults, complaints, and trouble-shooting issues

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm with shifts of 7.6 hours.

To be eligible for this role, the individual must have a fixed NBN internet connection and an appropriate working station. In addition, they should be able to learn more about our company culture by checking out our pages.
