* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
* Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, and customer audits.
* Define, track, and report quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to management.
* Manage and mentor the quality team, ensuring proper training and development.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and client-specific quality requirements.
* Oversee document control, change management, and quality records management.
* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
* Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
* Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) highly preferred.
* 7–10 years of professional experience in quality management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
* Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.
* In-depth knowledge of quality standards and industry-specific regulations.
