Ecommerce Marketing Manager (Sponsored Ads & DSP ) [Contract]

As a Retail Media Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your key responsibilities will include activation & optimisation, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. This will be a 12 months contract position.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting
- Help create professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals & objectives
- Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices
We are looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue
- Experience managing complex retail media budgets
- Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & can produce high-quality documents)
- Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
