About the Role
You'll join a high-performing team acting for clients across shipping, transport, manufacturing, logistics, and domestic and international trade. The work spans commercial litigation, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters within a globally connected practice.
What You'll Be Working On
* Domestic and international commercial arbitration
* Logistics and procurement matters connected to major infrastructure and property projects
* Ship and yacht sale, purchase, repair and commercial transaction work
* Commodity sale contracts, drafting and dispute resolution
* Regulatory and compliance advice, including statutory interpretation and competition-related issues
About You
* A commercial disputes lawyer with approximately 3+ years' PAE
* Experience working with international clients or cross-border matters is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
* Enthusiasm for complex commercial work and client engagement in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors
