Elevate your career as a
Technical Account Manager
(Canberra or Sydney). Join our expanding Customer team to serve as a trusted, strategic advisor, empowering Vault's customers and partners to maximise the value of our sovereign cloud services. You will move beyond solving immediate problems to guiding critical organisations through their strategic cloud journey, influencing the future of our service improvements, and directly shaping the secure technology landscape for Australia's most vital sectors.
You will be responsible for:
* Becoming a Trusted Partner:
Serve as the primary technical liaison, building strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners to ensure their success and maximise value from Vault's services.
* Driving Operational Excellence:
Serve as the crucial bridge between customers and Vault's Operations team, translating complex technical updates and feedback into clear action for continuous service improvement.
* Leading Incident Resolution:
Proactively manage and coordinate the swift and effective resolution of service issues, escalating and following through to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Shaping the Future:
Advise customers on best practices and technical roadmaps while advocating internally to influence product enhancements and service offerings.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:
* Experience establishing and maintaining multiple strong relationships across both technical and business stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
* Strong knowledge of how to scale customer configurations using dedicated or cloud based technology.
* Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so others will understand.
* Deep understanding and experience in Cloud Computing Technologies, business drivers and emerging technology trends
* Foundational understanding of Linux
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related degree and experience).
* Australian citizenship in order to gain relevant security clearance as required
