About the Role
Securecorp currently has exciting opportunities available for Security Officers based in Mount Isa. We are seeking professional, customer-focused, and reliable individuals to join our team on a permanent part time basis.
Brief Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while delivering exceptional customer service across a busy and dynamic environment. This position will suit motivated individuals who can work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of security and customer service
* Maintain accurate security logs and documentation
* Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
* Conduct internal and external patrols of buildings, car parks and surrounding areas
* Provide asset protection and incident response
* Investigate incidents and complete accurate reporting
* Perform Fire Warden duties where required
* Attend to car park-related matters and issues
* Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times
Skills & Experience
* Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller component
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Ability to work 30 hr average per week (60 hours per fortnight)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Positive attitude, motivation, and reliability
* Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
* Local residency within or near Mount Isa preferred
