We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact, particularly in optimizing Middle of Funnel for TA processes.
This role involves partnering with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes, improving recruiting systems, analyzing program outcomes, and building relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
* Develop strategies and execute programs around interviewing, scheduling, hiring committee/debrief, and other middle funnel TA processes.
* Partner with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes.
* Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process, and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement.
* Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches to make data-driven recommendations.
* Drive thoughtful and strategic change, readiness, and launch enablement programs to promote adoption and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
• Strategize, scope, and execute programs to optimize Middle of Funnel TA processes

Recruiting System Improvement
