Job Overview
The Monadelphous Engineering Associates Registered Training Organisation (RTO *****) provides Monadelphous with the capability to deliver pre and post mobilisation training, nationally accredited and high-risk licensing to its employees.
Position
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer & Assessors to coordinate and deliver specific training programs and workshops including National Units of Competency and Verification of Competency (VOC) training and assessment.
The role provides training support services directly to internal and external customers during pre-contract, project start-up and project execution phases.
Training is delivered from our Bibra Lake training facility, the "Monadelphous Employee Development Centre," and our operational sites, with required flexibility to work in Perth and undertake ad hoc travel across our operations as required.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training and assessment for National Units of Competency as per RTO scope such as WAH, CSE, GTA, Basic Fire, EWP, Rigging, Cranes, Scaffolding, Telehandler etc.
Facilitate VOC assessments in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
Deliver Monadelphous enterprise workshops and training programmes.
Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedure.
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Monadelphous training programmes, resources and materials.
Work closely with business unit manager, senior compliance advisor, training coordinator and peer trainer assessors.
Occasional travel offered to applicants subject to experience & skillset.
Maintain compliance of RTO accreditation.
What You'll Bring
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****) – mandatory.
A current High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with RA, SA, WP, and LF – essential.
A minimum of five years' experience within the resources sector or a comparable industry.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
A strong commitment to achieving quality training outcomes and a genuine passion for developing others.
High attention to detail, supported by strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
