This ongoing role is part of the Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) and will provide project and administrative support to the Senior Medical Workforce Team with a particular focus on assisting with the improvement and development of functions associated with medical workforce recruitment, coordination and maintenance.

The Senior Medical Workforce Support Coordinator will work closely with Managers and Directors from across Bendigo Health, the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, the Workforce Planning and Resourcing team and the MWU team.

If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to solve work process problems, schedule and manage competing priorities, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.

This stimulating role would suit an experienced person who is solutions focused, commitment to quality, willingness to accept a challenge and enjoys working within a team that is dedicated to providing great service to their stakeholder group.

Please note, we are willing to train the 'right person' with appropriate transferable skills, so prior experience in end to end recruitment, medical workforce or the healthcare sector is not a mandatory requirement.
