We are currently seeking a Telehealth/FIFO Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Allied Health team. This is a predominantly remote/work-from-home role, ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, aged care clients, and private customers.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide person-centred services primarily via Telehealth, with face-to-face visits in Gladstone preferred on a scheduled, negotiated basis.
You’ll support clients across the NDIS, aged care (HCP/CHSP), and private customers, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions that empower people to live independently and safely at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Complete functional capacity assessments, assistive technology applications, and home modification reports
Develop and implement person-centred intervention plans
Collaborate with families, carers, and support workers
Maintain timely documentation and meet NDIS, aged care, and clinical governance standards
You Will Bring
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Full registration with AHPRA
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Sound knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong interpersonal and digital communication skills
Ability to work independently with clinical confidence
Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
Willingness to travel to Gladstone periodically (frequency negotiable)
