Virtual Care Administration Officer
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Virtual Care Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in a Level 4 administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate virtual case conference clinics, including MEDIBUS and DAP+ services, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
* Manage diary bookings, travel arrangements, documentation, meeting prep, and KPI reporting with high accuracy.
* Liaise with GP practices and external stakeholders across the region, fostering strong relationships.
* Onboard patients from the waitlist and coordinate program communications, providing a positive experience for customers.
* Provide logistical and administrative support for education events and clinic delivery, contributing to the success of the program.
Requirements:
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or community programs, with a strong understanding of patient-centred care.
* Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders, building trust and rapport.
* Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, virtual care platforms, and adaptable to new systems, embracing innovation.
* Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot issues in a virtual setting, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
