Pharmacy Retail Manager and Casual Pharmacy Assistants
Derwent Park Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager and Casual Pharmacy Assistants to join our team in Derwent Park, TAS 7009. As a full-time Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer service and the efficient running of the pharmacy. We are also looking for Casual Pharmacy Assistants to provide support as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organisation.
What you\'ll be doing
* Manage the retail operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
* Ensure excellent customer service and patient care
* Collaborate with the pharmacist to maintain accurate dispensing and record-keeping processes
* Oversee the training and development of pharmacy assistants
* Assist with the implementation of new pharmacy initiatives and procedures
* Provide support and coverage as a Casual Pharmacy Assistant when needed
What we\'re looking for
* Extensive experience in a retail pharmacy environment, preferably as a Pharmacy Retail Manager or in a senior pharmacy assistant role
* Strong customer service and patient care skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficient in using pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems
* Enthusiasm for the pharmacy industry and a commitment to continuous learning
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in pharmacy or retail management
