Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Provide paediatric speech pathology services within a clinic-based setting.
* Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including occupational therapy and psychology practitioners.
* Manage a gradually increasing caseload with ongoing support from experienced Senior Speech Pathologists.
* Participate in weekly 1:1 internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision.
* Engage in monthly in-service professional development sessions.
About You
The company is looking for:
* Full Australian work rights.
* Registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain registration.
* Degree in Speech Pathology.
* Ability to obtain a Police check and Working with Children check before commencing work.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: AUD 80,000.00
* Superannuation: AUD 9,600.00
* Professional Development allowance: up to AUD 4,000.00 with 4 days PD leave
