We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial management information system.

* Develop and refine financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Manage end-to-end operations of the finance team, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, allowances, and reconciliation.

* Ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance across a diverse range of funded program activities.

* Prepare accurate, insightful monthly reports and financial analyses.

* Partner with program managers to connect operational activity to financial performance.
">
* Lead the annual budgeting process and track program-level expenditure.

* Oversee end-of-year audits and financial preparation for the AGM.
">
* Guide the rollout of a new integrated finance and HR system.
">
* Identify process improvements and lead collaborative change implementation.
">

Requirements:

* A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
">
* 5+ years of experience in financial management and proven team leadership.
">
* CA or CPA accreditation is highly desirable.
">
* A background in not-for-profit, NGO, or complex program funding environments.
">
* Comfort navigating multiple funding streams and reporting requirements.
">
* Excellent communication skills – able to translate numbers into operational insight.

* Experience leading system/process improvement and rolling out new platforms.

* Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
