Ready to take on further growth, the future looks bright with more stores set to open this year We're looking for a driven people leader to join this dynamic team in Pac Fair, Gold Coast as Assistant Store Manager.
The Role
As Assistant Store Manager you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, motivating a passionate team of brand ambassadors. You will recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential. Fostering a positive culture where all members of the team are driven to perform at their best delivering exceptional customer experience standards and strive to achieve set targets. They are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product offering.
The Skillset
The ideal candidate is goal driven and has a entrepreneurial spirit. You are currently a Assistant Store Manager or shift supervisor ready to take on the next challenge. You have experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brand or a relevant industry, from a fast-paced. In addition :
* Have a customer first mindset, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment.
* Are a hands-on leader You lead from the front and embody a coaching style of leadership that influences and inspires others.
* Have a proven ability to deliver against KPIs targets, both financial and customer service related.
* Excellent communication skills - you'll have regular contact with key stakeholders.
* Have a flare for visual merchandising - ensuring collections are presented cohesively.
