Key Responsibilities
* Manage 1 Direct Report with the view for this team to continue to expand.
* Develop and execute the FMCG brand plans, aligned with measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
* Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media channels & in-store.
* Lead and Manage marketing initiatives including consumer promotions, trade promotions, POS, consumer research and other key projects.
* Lead the end-to-end development of creative campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, ensuring the portfolio of products remains differentiated and compelling in FMCG channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic input on NPD initiatives. Oversee the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs.
* Develop launch support materials and coordinate activation plans.
Experience and Skills Required
* Experience at Brand Management level
* FMCG experience is essential to be considered
* Must come with experience having worked on Coles and Woolworths accounts
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Work closely with SLT, including Director & CEO - have input in strategy and innovation
* Build a team as the business continues to expand
