Job Summary
The opportunity to work as a Product Specialist in our high‐performing Trauma Team in the Gold Coast. You will manage an established territory, drive sale and adoption of trauma products, increase market share, and support surgeons in the operating theatre.
Job Function: MedTech Sales – Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission)
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and promote the sale of J&J's range of trauma products.
* Actively manage consignment inventory and logistics of loan equipment.
* Develop relationships within the territory through trusted partnership, data insights, and support surgeons in the operating theatre during cases.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product information and indications to customers.
* Deliver regular training for theatre personnel and partner with our internal Professional Education and Marketing teams for additional high‐level training opportunities.
About You
* Degree qualified with proven skills in hospital sales and territory management.
* Capable of working effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
* Positive can‐do attitude, flexibility to work after office hours and rotate weekend on‐call.
* Proactive in identifying customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, and seeking solutions.
* Commercial acumen with ability to develop relationships and hold commercial conversations with diverse customers.
