**Duties**
Some of your key duties will include:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls - average 30 per day
- Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
- Office and kitchen stock maintenance - ordering and maintaining
- Monitoring the main organisation inbox
- General administration support wherever directed
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar office based, hospitality or retail role - **6 months minimum**:
- A hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Be immediately available to start
