Our client is a supplier of natural stone materials with a focus on architecture and design, they are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Design Consultant to join their Sunshine Coast Slab Room.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage with industry professionals, and represent a premium product range in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
About the Role: As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for architects, designers, builders, and contractors, providing expert advice on our natural stone products.
You will manage the full sales cycle, assist with design development, and support marketing initiatives, while ensuring our showroom is presented to the highest standard.
The role requires both client engagement and administrative responsibilities, providing variety and the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and sub-contractors
Develop in-depth knowledge of our stone range and confidently present this to clients
Manage quotations, follow-ups, and the sales funnel using CRM systems (Pipedrive)
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and assist with office administration
Attend external appointments and site visits as required
Assist with social media content capture and liaise with the Social Media Manager
General administrative duties including data entry, reception, calendar management, and correspondence
About You:
Interior Design qualification or relevant sales/retail experience highly regarded
Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
