The Opportunity
In this role, you will support the implementation of impact-focused research strategies, convene cross-disciplinary teams, and roll out and refine the impact measurement framework.
About You
To be successful, you will hold a degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a track record of developing and implementing impact strategies, strong proficiency in applying impact strategy tools, experience implementing impact measurement frameworks, and excellent facilitation skills.
* Develop and implement impact-focused research strategies that foster research translation and measurable outcomes.
* Convene cross-disciplinary teams to accelerate solutions for children and families.
* Roll out and refine the impact measurement framework, creating dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of learning and innovation, delivering training on impact practices.
Requirements:
You will need:
* A degree in a relevant field (such as public health, epidemiology, or social sciences).
* A track record of developing and implementing impact strategies, including experience with impact measurement frameworks.
* Strong proficiency in applying impact strategy tools, including data analysis and visualization.
* Excellent facilitation skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
