ACH Group are looking for a full-time Catering Assistant (hours may vary 6am – 5pm) to join our large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.
What you'll do
* Supporting the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Operating industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.
* Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.
About You
* Previous experience in meal preparation and food handling.
* Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).
* An understanding of dietary requirements of older people.
* Strong communication/documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
* APolice Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups, no less than 12 months old upon commencement.
