The Role As the Education Specialist for Gateways, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our young people have access to appropriate and individualized educational support.
Working closely with schools, vocational providers, and the Department of Education, you will develop tailored learning programs and assist with building team capacity, system navigation and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
You will ensure these partnerships work together towards common goals, creating a coordinated support system for students.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate A strong commitment to supporting children and young people in their educational pathways The ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans Strong advocacy skills to ensure our young people receive appropriate support and resources Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills Empathy and a patient approach.
You will work closely with students and families who may face complex challenges.
